LSU opened the season by getting blasted by Florida State (we had FSU), but bounced back last weekend by doing what they were supposed to do (killed Grambling 72-10 as 56-point chalk).  Cupcake or not, that win changes the mindset of these young athletes heading into this game.

The Bulldogs won in OT at home against Arizona, 31-24, last Saturday.  They didn't cover the 9-point spread and should not have won that game either.  Arizona clearly outplayed Mississippi State.  The Wildcats out-gained the Bulldogs by 124 total yards, but were -4 in turnovers.  That turnover margin will flip a game every single time.

I don't expect the Bulldogs to be gifted a generous turnover margin in this game.  Everybody I've seen seems to think that the Bulldogs will at least keep this within a TD.  And you all know how I love to go against the grain.  Lay it.
