Initially, I loved the receptions prop for TJ Hockenson at over 4.5, but the price got shot up to -190, so I have elected to return to the receiving yards. Hockenson caught eight passes on nine targets against the Buccaneers, but those eight catches only resulted in 35 yards, not something I think can happen back-to-back weeks if he's targeted that many times. With a deep receiving room containing the best receiver in the league in Justin Jefferson, and young talent Jordan Addison, Hockenson acts as a security blanket for consistent 10-yard passes and against a tough Eagles pass rush, I believe having Hockenson over the top to rely on will be very helpful for Kirk Cousins.
In week 1, the Eagles gave up eight catches to tight ends against New England. Mike Gesicki caught three passes for 36 yards, and Hunter Hunry brought in five for 56 yards.
Expect a big game from Hockeson this Thursday to kick off week 2
