Rodriguez has been getting it done all year. He's 11-7 with a very solid 3.18 ERA and 1.128 WHIP. Off b2b quality starts, both Detroit wins, he's showing no signs of slowing down. The Reds are slated to go with Phillips. He's made only one start and he gave up five runs, in 4 ⅔ innings. (That appearance good for a 9.64 ERA and 1.713 WHIP.) The Reds don't even necessarily believe that Phillips, still developing at 22, is even ready. He's here to fill in due to a depleted Cincinnati roster. Expect Rodriguez to outpitch and outlast the rookie, the Tigers bouncing back with a victory. *Good up to -160
