(3%) TORONTO RL (+1.5) … Manoah is better than his record suggests. Last time out, he allowed two runs but the Jays lost a 1-run game. Last time that he pitched here at Tampa, Manoah tossed seven shutout innings. Eflin gave up two HR's last game and he's served up five of them in his last three starts. He's now allowed seven HRs in his past five starts. While the Rays were 4-1 SU in those games, three of the wins came by a single run. So, they would have been 1-4 in those games, if being asked to lay -1.5 runs. I like Toronto's chances of the outright win but with all those 1-run games, I'm electing to go with the run-line. *Good at +1.5 -165 or better.
