Above average offenses and decidedly below average pitching here. Orioles rookie Grayson Rodriguez has come nowhere close to the hype surrounding his arrival in the bog leagues. Alek Manoah blew away the tepid scouting reports that preceded his joining the Blue Jays. But he has regressed in spectacular fashion this season as command issues have plagued the Jays righty. Both bullpens a bit taxed here and with what looks to be a pair of vulnerable starters expected to go, I'm confidently backing the Over, even at a hefty number. Note there's some 9 -120 available here but the consensus line is 9.5 even money, so I'll grade at that number.
