3% Take Baltimore FIRST FIVE INNINGS (#910) (listed pitchers)
Dean Kremer struggled early, hit hard in five of six April starts. That was then, this is now. Kremer has been dominant in both previous May starts, shutting down two potent lineups – Atlanta and Tampa Bay – throwing six full innings both times while only allowing a single run. Kremer threw five innings of two hit, shutout ball in his lone previous start against LA. He’s a ‘bet-on’ hurler right now for an Orioles team that has suffered only one previous three game losing streak all season.
Angels starter Chase Silseth is an emergency fill-in after Jose Suarez went on the DL. Silseth had a grand total of one quality start in seven tries last year, including a rough, four inning outing right here in Baltimore. This is his first start in 2023; on the heels of a ‘six runs allowed’ bullpen session against the Rangers in his last outing. Let’s get in and out of this one at the halfway point; taking the Orioles tired bullpen out of the equation. Take the Orioles FIRST FIVE INNINGS.
