Mexico has Jose Urquidy on the mound. He is a proven mid-level MLB starter while Canada has Rob Zastryzny going. He is a fringe AA AAA guy who has had a few cups of coffee in MLB. With a better lineup and starter AND bullpen, I like Mexico to take this one.
