The knee jerk reaction here is you have a SEC at Home playing an IVY League school and the line is only -3.5. I’m sorry that looks just way too easy. If you dig deeper you will see that Yale who was 21-8 SU on the year played a good out of Conference Schedule at the beginning of the season which will help them immensely in this match up. Vanderbilt did win 10 of their L12 games but  had their sights on getting into the Big Dance not playing in the NIT so motivation is always going to be a question mark. At least with an IVY league school you know they are going to be pumped up to try and take down an SEC school. Over their L8 games no one shot over 43% against Yale in fact 4 of their opponents shot 38.8% or less. When you think of IVY league teams you think about a race to 60 but that isn’t the case with Yale as they have scored 80 or more in 4 of L7 games. I have YALE Winning by 3 or more.
