Minnesota is simply not scoring early in games. They have only been leading after the first twice in their L10 overall and furthermore, only twice in their L10 on the road.
TB on the other hand is handling business right at first puck drop. They have led or been tied after the first in 8 of their L10 home games. They returned home Saturday night after losing two straight games to end the road trip. With the extra day of practice, this should be an excellent spot to take an early lead.
We love going against teams on their last game of a road stretch greater than three games; this is the case tonight for MIN.
