The Peacocks are off a much needed win at Marist. Losing streak in the rear view mirror, I look for them to carry the positive momentum into this afternoon's game. On the other hand, the Purple Eagles have now lost four straight. All the losses were close, too. In fact, Niagara was leading at half-time in all four. Those blown leads and near-misses eventually take a toll on a team and I expect that to be the case here. The Peacocks have won the past four meetings. They were favored by 4.5 points the last time that the teams met and they won by a commanding 63-36. score. This one figures to be closer but the end result will be the same.
