I’ve become a big believer in this BYU team and I’m going to jump in and back the Cougars off a loss here. BYU isnt the same team that lost a bunch of games earlier this season when they had Rudi Williams at point and couldn’t handle the ball. I love the move by Pope to put Dallin Hall at the point and Williams has settled into the 6th man rope nicely scoring 24 in the loss to Santa Clara.
Im also willing to sell San Fran, every year the Dons are hyped up and once again it looks like the San Fran hype is unwarranted. I have BYU power rated 3rd in this league behind St Mary’s and Gonzaga and think we are getting value catching a point with the better team.
