Spot I'm very comfortable parlaying 2 strong plays for even money.
Gabriel Bonfim (-172) vs Mounir Lazzez:
Don't think I could be much higher on Gabriel Bonfirm. Big believer and backing him heavy this week. After going back and rewatching many of his past bouts, …dude has the goods. Currently supporting a 13-0 record with a 100% finish rate. 10 coming by way of submission and 3 via knockout. Solid blend of mixing in level changes behind strong combinations. Like how he'll pop the jab out or faking and fainting pulling reactions out of opponents. This keeps them out of rhythm opening windows for takedowns or counter pulls. Comfortable anywhere fight goes Gabriel will push the pace walking opponents down which will be the key Saturday night. Where Lazzez has struggled in the past is against opponents whom crash the pocket aggressively. Lazzez doesn't respond well back peddling while that's exactly how Bonfim goes to war. Aggressively pushing forward with 3 or 4 punch combinations looping in level changes when needed. Quick first step backed by strength in takedown situations allowing him to dictate pace. Fight after fight Bonfim is truly elevating and improving which was even on display in last LFA bout and Dana White Contender Series win. Not only finding round 1 finishes but completely manhandled both guys to the ground submitting them. Impressive submission hunting as well as never allowing opponents time to settle on the mat is a lethal mix. If fight gets to the ground I believe Bonfim sinks in the sub. Strong 1st parlay leg.
Jessica Andrade (-430) vs Lauren Murphy:
Not going to give some lengthy breakdown on this parlay leg. Jessica is a big favorite and for all the right reasons. Far better than anything Murphy can muster up offensively. With heavy handed shots, strength in the clinch and option for takedown slams, Andrade has the path to walk through Murphy. Jessica throws big looping hooks which a quick counter striker (with waaaay better boxing than Murphy) would have success. While Lauren's striking is sloppy with limited power and effectiveness. Jessica will have no issue walking through her combo's landing the more damaging blows. I sense takedowns could be in order, which I don't believe Murphy will present much resistance. Once in top control Andrade will rain down ground and pound seeking a finish. Don't seen any path to victory for Murphy making this a perfect play pulling other line in making this a strong MAX PLAY.
