Play on LOS ANGELES DODGERS -2.5 runs (+163) (run-line play on the Blue Jays is good with juice up to +140)
NOTE I: The Dodgers are in San Fran for some ball on the Bay. Tonight, my Dead Presidents Report supports the furnace-hot Los Angeles Dodgers in San Francisco. The three positions in the Dead Presidents Report are all plus-money investments. The trio of positions is -1.5, -2, and -2.5 runs. Each position in tonight's event has been entered individually and carries a 2% investment.
NOTE II: With the trade deadline in the rearview I will begin pushing overnight plays if the situation fits and I believe it will allow you to get the best numbers possible. I feel that it is good business to do so. Most of my releases will be early morning, well before noon, and any late adds to the daily card will come in plenty of time to shop the lines. Thanks for your patience during the trade deadline. Good luck tonight

List Pitchers: Cobb and Urias
HP Umpire: Cory Blaser is pitcher-friendly. Blaser is not overwhelmingly pitcher or go home but he adds to a pitcher's strike-out total with his larger-than-average K-zone.
Weather: The forecast at Oracle Park is expected to be in the mid-60s with no precip expected. A win blowing between 5-10 mph is carrying flyballs to centerfield.

The Dodgers are winning and winning and winning ... and they are doing it in hundred-and-one different ways. LA is playing cat and mouse with their food. They take a big lead in a game, and they let their foot off the gas so the opponents can catch up. They let the opponent jump out to a leader, and they methodically grind out runs until the other dugout looks up, and suddenly they are trailing to Los Angeles.
The Dodgers took a 6-0 lead last night at Oracle Park and turned around, and the Giants had scored five to trail by only one. After San Fran scored five near-game tieing runs in the fourth innings and made the score close, trailing by just one, The Giants brought home five runs in the bottom of the fourth. When all was said and done, the Giants would not score again, but the Dodgers would.
The Dodgers can hit god right now. They are winning and executing in what appears to be a seamless fashion. Alex Wood gave up six runs on nine hits as the Giants were plagued by what has hurt them all season long. Another multi-error game. Since the All-Star break, the Giants have committed ten errors, with four being multi-error contests.
The Giants have been defensively inept the entire season, the bullpen is coughing up blood, and San Fran is stuck on offensive awful. The posture of this team and the way they are playing without purpose is more about coming to the reality that last year's 107 wins were as much to do with fortune as it did skillset.
The Giants can't score, can't defend, and are screaming for someone to tell them it will be okay.
The Dodgers continue to add the pieces to their machine-gun-performing, offense.
Justin Turner will be back tonight, and much of what we saw in the first two games return,.too.
Urias owns the Giants. The Dodgers lefty has a slash line against the Giants that will turn your head.
The Giants slash line vs the Dodgers looks like this .079/.142/.159 with a .301 OPS.
