The Rangers are 37-42 which puts them at 3rd place in the American League West, while the Orioles sit at 38-44 good for last place in the American League East.<\/p>\n This matchup features two young right-handed pitchers as Glenn Otto gets the nod for Texas, while Spenser Watkins toes the rubber for Baltimore.
