Today’s MLB Home Run Prop Bets For June 27<\/h2>\n

There were 26 home runs hit yesterday as we’re likely to see a lot less hit tonight with a shorter slate. Who will come through for their team with a home run? Home Run Prop Prediction 1: J.D. Martinez (+500)<\/h2>\n

After hitting .406 in May, J.D. Martinez has only hit .267 in June with only three home runs this month as well. Martinez is riding a modest 3-game hitting streak and gets Kevin Gausman tonight, a pitcher in which he\u2019s had success against going 6-15 with a home run.<\/p>\n

Gausman is the Blue Jays\u2019 ace but he hasn\u2019t been pitching like it lately allowing seven earned runs in 8.1 innings pitched.<\/p>\n

The two home runs he\u2019s allowed this season have both been at home and he\u2019s allowed eight more earned runs at home than on the road in 11 less innings pitched.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re not sure why Gausman has a hard time getting the job done at the Rogers Centre, but given Gausman\u2019s difficulties there and Martinez hitting .372 on the road with five home runs compared to hitting .288 at home with three home runs, we\u2019ll take a shot on him hitting a home run tonight at +500.<\/p>\n

If you want to take a shot on another Red Sox player to hit a home runs, consider Xander Bogaerts at +500<\/strong> as well going 16-46 with a home run in his career against Gausman.<\/p>\n

Home Run Prop Prediction 2: Justin Turner (+400)<\/h2>\n

After six games against the Marlins and Twins the Rockies are back playing at Coors Field but they have a tough task ahead of them in the Dodgers who are currently 5-1 on their 9-game road trip.<\/p>\n

Justin Turner has mild success against Kuhl in his career going 2-7 with a home run. His average sits at just .219 but he\u2019s raised it to that point since it was at .206 on June 17.<\/p>\n

He has yet to hit a home run this month but his average is much better on the road hitting .236 compared to just .196 at home. Turner is on-pace to hit only 10 home runs this season which is a far cry from the 27 he hit last season.<\/p>\n

He needs to get his power back on track and what better way than a trip to Coors Field . Turner is listed at +400, but some other power bats that could make an impact are Cody Bellinger (+400)<\/strong> and Trea Turner (+350)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
