The Celtics will hope to bounce back in Game 3 just like the Warriors did in Game 2.<\/p>\n Regardless of how poorly the Celtics played the second half of Game 3, they split on the road and stole home court advantage. Opening tip is scheduled for 9:00 PM EST\/6:00 PST.<\/p>\n Warriors Bounced Back<\/h3>\nThe Golden State Warriors were outscored 40-16 in the disastrous fourth quarter of Game 1 and they ultimately lost 120-108.<\/p>\n In Game 2, they had a big 3rd quarter as they outscored Boston 35-14 and never looked back. They ended up cruising to a commanding 107-88 victory.<\/p>\n Steph Curry led the way with 29 points, while Jordan Poole added 17 points. However, they will need more from Klay Thompson as he only scored 11 points. The Warriors ended the regular season 53-29, while only going 22-19 on the road.<\/p>\n Draymond Green played “physical” basketball last game and seemed to get in the Celtics heads. It will be interesting to see what the referees let Green get away with in Boston. Andre Iguodala is questionable for the Warriors tonight.<\/p>\n Celtics Thrive In This Role<\/h3>\nThe Boston Celtics return home after successfully splitting the first two games of the Finals at Golden State. They ended up losing Game 2 after imploding in the 3rd quarter.<\/p>\n Jayson Tatum led the way with 28 points while Jaylen Brown had 17 and Derrick White had 12 but those were the only three players to score double digits.<\/p>\n The Celtics have bounced back with win after 14 of their last 15 losses, dating back to the regular season.<\/p>\n That includes getting a victory after each of their seven post-season defeats. It will be interesting to see how they deal with Draymond Green’s antics but the officials could favor the home team tonight.<\/p>\n The Celtics ended the regular season 51-31 with a 28-13 record at home. The only injury concern is a banged up Robert Williams but he is surely going to give it a go.<\/p>\n Celtics vs Warriors Prediction<\/h2>\nThe Boston Celtics are favored by 3.5 points with a total of 213. Both teams have looked amazing and horrible at points through the first two games of the series.<\/p>\n The Celtics will surely get more than six combined points from the combination of Al Horford, Marcus Smart and Robert Williams.<\/p>\n I really like how Boston has bounced back from their recent losses. However this does feel like it’s going to be a close game regardless of outcome. The 3.5 point spread is a tough cover as you will need to win by multiple baskets.<\/p>\n I do think the Celtics get more production in the scoring department as they missed a boatload of shots and turned the ball over countless times.
