Daily MLB Home Run Prop Bets<\/h2>\n

Ten total runs were scored in the Braves vs Phillies game last night, but sadly none came via a home run. We expect that trend to change tonight as WagerTalk content contributor Kyle Kargel provides his home run prop picks and predictions for Tuesday, May 24 with odds provided by FanDuel<\/a>.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/a><\/span><\/div>\n

Home Run Prop Prediction 1: Matt Olson (+410)<\/h2>\n

Matt Olson and the Braves were dealt with a tough task last night facing off against a hot Zach Wheeler and the Phillies.<\/p>\n

Tonight should be different as Kyle Gibson has allowed 10 earned runs in his last three starts. Olson is 8-16 in his career against Gibson with three of those hits being home runs.<\/p>\n

He belted 39 home runs for the Athletics last season and is far behind that pace this season with only four so far.<\/p>\n

Being a lefty, he naturally hits better against right handed pitching in general and given the fact he posts excellent splits against Gibson, this is a good spot for us to lean on Olson to blast a home run out of Truist Park tonight at +410.<\/p>\n

Home Run Prop Prediction 2: J.T. Realmuto (+750)<\/h2>\n

We\u2019re going to stick with the same game for our second home run prop pick and this one is more of a long shot at +750. J.T. Realmuto though posts some solid splits against Braves starting pitcher Max Fried tonight.<\/p>\n

Fried had allowed a home run in four straight starts until his last one against the Brewers. He\u2019s allowed eight earned runs overall in his last three starts and if Realmuto is going to improve his power numbers on the season, here is the place to start.<\/p>\n

Realmuto is 10-26 career against Fried with three home runs. He isn\u2019t known for his power, but was projected to hit around 15-20 home runs at the start of the season which he\u2019s far behind.<\/p>\n

For what it\u2019s worth he hits .280 during night games opposed to .105 during day games and both home runs he\u2019s hit on the season have been during night home games which is what we have tonight. For +750 there are worse hitters you could take at those odds tonight than Realmuto.<\/p>\n
