Daily K Prop Prediction: Dane Dunning Over 4.5 K’s (-110)<\/h2>\n

Record and ERA aside, Dunning currently ranks in the top 25 among pitchers in K\/9, striking out 8.9 batters per 9 innings on average and he\u2019s going just under 5.2 IP per start on average this year, with an average of just under 1 strikeout per inning, that already puts him over his number.<\/p>\n

Dunning has struck out 5+ batters in 5 consecutive starts this year, on top of accomplishing this in 6 of his last 7 starts. Two of those starts have already came against the Angels this season and he has struck out 13 batters in those two starts (7 K\u2019s & 6 K\u2019s).<\/p>\n

In the last two seasons combined, Dunning has faced the Angels 5 times and struck out 29% of the batters he has faced! He is averaging 5.2 K’s in those 5 starts, equating to 26 K\u2019s in the 91 batters he has faced.<\/p>\n
