Home Run Prop Prediction 1: Giancarlo Stanton (+320)<\/h2>\n
We\u2019re going to try playing it safe by rolling with Giancarlo Stanton tonight to hit a home run against Orioles starter Jordan Lyles. Stanton has 10 home runs on the season including six in May and the four straight games he\u2019s currently gone without hitting a home run is the longest this month.<\/p>\n
He\u2019s second in the MLB with 32 RBIs and puts up pretty good numbers against Lyles going 7-15 in his career with one of those seven hits being a home run.<\/p>\n
Five of his home runs have come on the road and he actually pots a better batting average one the road than at home.<\/p>\n
He also has polarizing day\/night splits as he\u2019s hitting .356 in night games with seven of his 10 home runs coming at night as well. This game will kick off at 7:05 PM ET tonight.<\/p>\n
Home Run Prop Prediction 2: Matt Chapman (+460)<\/h2>\n
Matt Chapman has been less than impressive this season only batting .183 with six home runs. He\u2019s only hitting .109 in May which is a cause for concern as the Blue Jays in general look to find their stride.<\/p>\n
He\u2019s had career success as far as power is concerned averaging 29 home runs a season where he\u2019s played at least 145 games. His average has never been great, but he is a career .240 hitter which is a far cry from where he\u2019s at now.<\/p>\n
Chapman possesses solid numbers against Mariners starter Marco Gonzalez tonight going 13-33 in total with a home run. All of his home runs this year have come at home and he\u2019s hitting .203 at home compared to .164 on the road. For +460 let\u2019s take a shot on Chapman as he just hit one two games ago.<\/p>\n
