Leeds United vs Brighton Analysis<\/h2>\n

Leeds face a fairly desperate situation here on Sunday. With just two games left in the league, they find themselves stuck firmly in the relegation zone on goal difference with an extra game played also over the other relegation candidates Burnley and Everton.<\/p>\n

That means Leeds simply must throw everything but the kitchen sink here against Brighton on Sunday in pursuit of a win but face a Seagulls side who are in some absolutely terrific form right now, winning three of four away from home and coming off a huge 4-0 demolition of Manchester United last weekend also.<\/p>\n

Brighton Headed For Golden Finish<\/h3>\n

The Seagulls likely won\u2019t want this season to end as they look to amass their biggest points haul since moving up to the Premier League and come off their biggest ever top flight win as well with last week\u2019s destruction of Manchester United.<\/p>\n

Only Manchester City and Liverpool have amassed more points since April 1st than Brighton have and that goes to show the type of side Leeds will be facing here on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Leeds Breaking All The Wrong Records<\/h3>\n

Leeds became the first team in Premier League history to total 100 or more cards in a single season as their aggression and frustration in games has continued to get the better of them.<\/p>\n

That was no more evident than in Wednesday\u2019s clash against Chelsea where despite needing a positive result in that game, Daniel James got his marching orders in just the 24th minute to leave Leeds playing catchup throughout the rest of the game.<\/p>\n

Leeds simply have to come out swinging here as with so little time left to turn things around, they likely need a win on Sunday to have any hope of staying up. That will likely leave them vulnerable at the back however against a team in Brighton who have been in red-hot goalscoring form over recent games.<\/p>\n
