The Bucks took a 2-1 series advantage by winning a controversial Game 3 by the final score of 103-101.<\/p>\n Game 3 came right down to the wire with the Celtics missing a chance at overtime by a fraction a second. Game 4 should be another hard fought battle, tip off is scheduled for 7:30 PM EST.<\/p>\n Bucks Sneak Away With Victory<\/h3>\nIt took a ridiculous effort from Giannis Antetokounmpo and an amazing showing by Jrue Holiday for the Milwaukee Bucks to beat the Boston Celtics by two points. The Celtics missed three layups down the stretch that could have won the game or send it to overtime.<\/p>\n The referees made a questionable call to count the foul on Marcus Smart as a common foul as opposed to a shooting foul. Had Smart gotten the three free throws he deserved, it could have been a completely different outcome.<\/p>\n The Bucks can’t win again they way they did on Saturday, due to the fact that Jayson Tatum probably isn’t going to shoot 21% from the field again. The “Greek Freak” had a monstrous effort, leading his team in points with 42, rebounds with 12 and assists at 8.<\/p>\n Still the Bucks need someone else to score outside of Antetokounmpo or Holiday to fill in for Khris Middletons absence. Milwaukee has held Boston to an average of 99.7 points per game, if they can find some offense the series will be theirs for the taking.<\/p>\n Missed Opportunity For Celtics<\/h3>\nIf the Boston Celtics lose this series, they will look back at Game 3 as a missed opportunity. They could have taken the series lead and taken home court advantage back. It all came down to Marcus Smart intentionally missing a free throw on purpose with 4.6 seconds on the clock for an opportunity to tie the game.<\/p>\n Smart got his own rebound and missed the shot, a few missed tip ins and Al Horford finally scored directly after the end of game buzzer. The definition of a heartbreaking loss. The story of the game was Boston superstar Jayson Tatum being ice cold throughout the game from the field.<\/p>\n Tatum couldn’t get anything going, he shot 4 from 19 from the field, 0 for 6 from beyond the arc for 10 points with only 3 assists and one rebound.<\/p>\n The good news for the Celtics is Antetokounmpo and Holiday had outstanding games and the Bucks still only won by two points.<\/p>\n Bucks vs Celtics Prediction<\/h2>\nThe Milwaukee Bucks are slightly favored at -1 with a total set at 212. Through the first three games of the series momentum has already shifted several times. The Celtics shot poorly in the 1st and 3rd game of the series and lost.<\/p>\n In Game 2 their shots were falling and they took home a victory. The Celtics may continue to struggle to contain Giannis Antetokounmpo, but they will continue to effectively shutdown the Bucks perimeter shooters. The Celtics were a millisecond away from forcing overtime in a game where Jayson Tatum was a complete non-factor.<\/p>\n I’m anticipating the pendulum to swing again and for the Celts to leave Milwaukee with a split.
