The Heat have clinched the #1 seed and The Hawks are tied with the Nets for the #8-9 seed so I see a team with a bit more motivation than the other. Let\u2019s take a look and find a best bet.<\/p>\n Heat are #1<\/h3>\nAfter all the drama, the Heat ended up clinching the #1 seed and will cruise into the playoffs with rest and momentum.<\/p>\n They\u2019ve won five straight and can do whatever they want with the next two games. I am writing this article in the morning, and as of now Lowry, Butler and Bam are listed as playing, but I would be surprised if they all played as there is no reason to go all out against a team like Atlanta.<\/p>\n Miami is a perfect 5-0 ATS their last five games along with going 4-1 to the over in those five games. They are also 4-1 ATS and 4-1 to the over in their last five home games so we have some real trends that I like about this team.<\/p>\n Hawks Finishing Strong<\/h3>\nThe Hawks have won six out of their last seven games as they\u2019re getting hot at the right time, and they have also been a good ATS team going 4-1 their last five and they\u2019re also 3-1-1 to the over on road games.<\/p>\n With Atlanta catching up to Brooklyn, and having a chance to pass them in the standings, I think we\u2019ll see a full effort from them to finish the season so there\u2019s a real chance that Atlanta could have their starting lineup in against several backups for Miami all game.<\/p>\n That being said, the spread isn\u2019t going to be my play today.<\/p>\n Miami Heat vs Atlanta Hawks Prediction<\/h2>\nI\u2019ll take the over here as I see a pretty free flowing game with little defense, especially if Butler or Lowry or Bam sits.<\/p>\n Miami has flown over this total in two out of three and Atlanta has gone over this total in five out of seven.
