The Philadelphia 76ers head north of the border to Toronto in an Eastern Conference showdown with the Raptors on Thursday night.<\/p>\n

The Raptors occupy the 5th seed after outlasting the Atlanta Hawks in a 118-108 victory in their last game. The 76ers are in a three team log jam for second place in the Eastern Conference with the Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks.<\/p>\n

Philadelphia comes to Toronto in search of a four game regular season series split after losing two of the first three head-to-head meetings.<\/p>\n

The Philadelphia 76ers are slim favorites at -1.5 with a total of 220, setting the Raptors team total at 109.5 and the 76ers at 110.5. The 76ers head-to-head victory came in Toronto by the score of 114-109.<\/p>\n

The Raptors won both games in Philadelphia, 93-88 and 115-109. So the road team has prevailed in all three matchups.<\/p>\n

The 76ers someone constantly switch between high and low scoring outputs. They are below average in shooting percentage and 26th in pace of play.<\/p>\n

Joel Embiid was a cash cow for points overs during his amazing stretch a few months back. Tonight his point total is 32.5, which is a lot to ask against a defense like Torontos, even in an MVP push.<\/p>\n

Embiid has had some big games against the Raptors, maybe he can be utilized in the same game parlay. Pascal Siakam has a more manageable PRA total of 37.5.<\/p>\n

A total he has cleared in both head-to-head meetings with Philadelphia and his last two games overall. Let’s take a shot on Siakam.<\/p>\n
