New York Knicks vs Brooklyn Nets Analysis<\/h2>\n

The battle of New York tonight as the Nets and Knicks will face off tonight with the Nets coming in as -5 point favorites and a total of 229.<\/p>\n

The Knicks have won five out of seven games while Brooklyn has lost four out of seven. They did get a win last night against Houston, but they\u2019ll be in a back to back while the Knicks will be rested.<\/p>\n

Nets Not Invincible<\/h3>\n

The hype behind the Nets has quickly faded as they have immense problems on the defensive side, and their lack of bench is glaring.<\/p>\n

Brooklyn got a win against Houston last night, but their only two wins in their last five games are against Houston and Detroit, and they\u2019re 0-5 ATS their last five games.<\/p>\n

They\u2019re also 1-4 O\/U in their last five, and Seth Curry did not play last night due to his ankle injury so I don\u2019t know what to expect, if anything from him.<\/p>\n

Knicks Not Giving Up<\/h3>\n

Credit to the Knicks young players for giving all out effort and putting up solid numbers and winning some games as the season winds down.<\/p>\n

Toppin has been nice, Quickly has had good moments, and the New York fan base has fallen in love with Barrett.<\/p>\n

They have not been a good covering team, particularly at home going 1-4 their last five and 2-8 their last 10 games at home.\u00a0\u00a0Not much to report on the spread for this team, but I do have a bet I like for this game.<\/p>\n

New York Knicks vs Brooklyn Nets Prediction<\/h2>\n

The Knicks team total is 112.5, and they\u2019ve only gone over this total in three out of ten games, and Durant made it a point saying they needed to stop fouling early and giving the opposing team easy points.<\/p>\n

They held Houston to 105 points which doesn\u2019t sound like much, but that\u2019s Houston\u2019s lowest point total in seven games.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ll take the under on the Knicks team total 112.5 as Brooklyn gives another good defensive performance against a bad team.<\/p>\n
