The Cavs ended a five game homestand on a sour note, losing 131-120 to the Los Angeles Lakers.<\/p>\n The Cavs are looking to sweep the season series, already winning 104-96 & 144-99 at home and 102-101 in Toronto.<\/p>\n This gives us tons of data to sort through to dissect this game from a team total and player prop perspective.<\/p>\n Toronto Raptors vs Cleveland Cavaliers Team Total Props<\/h3>\nThe Toronto Raptors are favored by 5 points with a total of 215, setting their team total at 110.5 and the Cavs at 105.5.<\/p>\n These are two defensive teams that play at a snails pace, ranking 25th and 26th in pace of play. The Cavs are 3rd in points allowed while the Raptors are 9th.<\/p>\n Two of the three head-to-head matchups were low scoring affairs, while the only high scoring game was due to the fact that all of the Raptors starters were on the health and safety protocol list.<\/p>\n The Cleveland defense has taken a major step back with the Jarrett Allen injury. The Raptors seemed to have an amazing strategy to slow down Dariis Garland and the Cavalier offense.<\/p>\n The Cleveland team total of 105.5 seems a bit high for what should be a slugfest.<\/p>\n Team Total Prop Play: Cleveland Cavaliers Under 105.5<\/strong><\/p>\n There are two different player props that really catch my eye in this one. Since the Jarrett Allen injury opposing centers have feasted on Evan Mobley.<\/p>\n Mobley is obviously talented and is basically a shoe in for Rookie of the Year. However being a rookie he hasn’t filled in yet physically and has alot to learn about playing defense at this level.<\/p>\n He could also be wearing down as he’s played more minutes than he ever has in a single season. Recent centers scoring totals include: Nikola Jokic scoring 26 points, Joel Embiid 35 points, Bam Adebayo scored 30 and even Ivica Zubac put up 24 points.<\/p>\n You get the point. Pascal Siakam has been putting up points consistently and he may even get more shots as the Raptors may be without Gary Trent Jr, OG Anunoby amongst others. Let’s lock in Siakam over 22.5 points.<\/p>\n I watched most of the last head-to-head meeting between these teams and the Toronto defense was on a mission to stop Darius Garland from scoring.<\/p>\n They doubled him on every possession, essentially forcing him to pass instead of driving to the hoop. In the end, Garland had 10 assists but only 17 points.<\/p>\n Garlands point total is only 23.5 so I’m not confident enough to take that under. Maybe we save that for the same game parlay. However, his assist total is only 9.5 and I’m seeing double digit assists in Garlands future.<\/p>\n Player Prop Plays:<\/strong> For the same game parlay we will utilize the Siakim and Garland plays. Starting with Siakim only needing 15+ points.<\/p>\n For Garland we will go Under 25.5 points and Over 7.5 assists.
