Cavaliers vs Hornets Analysis<\/h2>\n

Both teams are struggling right now as Cleveland is having injury issues on the perimeter, and Charlotte is having issues with losing almost every game they play. There\u2019s a winning wager in this game, it\u2019s up to us to find it.<\/p>\n

Injuries Are Crippling Cavs<\/h3>\n

The amount of injuries to guards this season for Cleveland is staggering. Sexton out for the year, Rubio out for the year, and now LeVert and Garland are out. They\u2019ve lost two out of three coming out of the break to Detroit and Minnesota with their only win being against Washington.<\/p>\n

This is going to be a big problem because after this game they get Philly, Toronto, Miami, Chicago and Philly along with Indiana and the Clippers. So they could be facing quite a few losses if they don\u2019t get healthy fast.<\/p>\n

Goodwin showed promise last game with a 17-4-12 stat line, and Allen, Love and Osman had big games, but it still wasn\u2019t enough to get the win. They are 0-3 ATS since the return, but tonight is a game that is on a silver platter for them in Charlotte who is one of the worst teams in the league now.<\/p>\n

Hornets Have been Horrible<\/h3>\n

Charlotte is awful right now as they are 2-11 and they\u2019re coming off an overtime loss to Detroit and a blowout loss to Milwaukee. They did beat the Raptors out of the break when Toronto had a terrible shooting night, but they regressed back the next two games.<\/p>\n

Charlotte is 2-6-2 against the spread in their last ten games and tonight is a really bad matchup for them. They give up the most Points Rebounds Assists to Centers, and the sixth most points + rebounds + assists to power forwards so Mobley, Love and Jarrett Allen should have big nights.<\/p>\n

Cavaliers vs Hornets Prediction<\/h2>\n

The centers and power forwards are such an advantage for Cleveland tonight it\u2019s going to be an uphill battle for Charlotte, and they\u2019ll need to have a big shooting night from the perimeter. The combo of Giannis, Portis and Middleton went for 65 points 30 rebounds and nine assists against Charlotte, and while you wouldn\u2019t expect Cleveland to get that tonight it\u2019s not out of the question as Mobley, Love and Allen went for 62 points, 23 rebounds and nine assists against Minnesota. That will be too much to overcome, I\u2019ll take the Cavs to win and cover<\/strong> tonight.<\/p>\n

Cavaliers vs Hornets Player Props<\/h3>\n

From GoldSheet<\/a>: Cavs have been led by Lauri Markkanen scoring 18 points per game over their last three contests, but he\u2019s shooting only 34-percent from the floor. Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley are cleaning the glass, combining for 19 rebounds per game on the season. Charlotte plays at a brisk pace, so there should be plenty of opportunities on the boards. At FanDuel, Mobley’s rebound total has opened at 9.5 (over -122) with Allen’s at 11.5 (over -120).<\/p>\n
