The Xfinity 500<\/strong> takes place at Martinsville Speedway<\/strong>, NASCAR’s shortest track at just 0.526 miles<\/strong>, a paperclip-shaped oval known for some of the most\u00a0 physical and aggressive racing on the schedule. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Martinsville features 12\u00a0 degrees of banking in the corners<\/strong>, with a unique racing surface made of\u00a0asphalt straightaways and concrete turns, forcing drivers to rely heavily on\u00a0 braking, throttle control, and mechanical grip. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
