AJ Barner is coming off a game where he caught 3 of 5 targets for 20 yards in a 32-29 loss against the San Francisco 49ers. Barner also thrived against a blitz heavy Washington Commanders defense in Week 3 as he caught 5 of 9 targets for 69 yards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Denver Broncos love to bring the pressure as they have blitzed at the 8th highest rate in the NFL. The Broncos have also allowed 8th most yards and 15th most receptions to opposing tight ends on the season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those numbers obviously don’t jump off the page, but we have already seen three tight ends eclipse this line including Charlie Kolar (3), Gorge Kittle (4) and Travis Kelce (3). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seahawks new offensive coordinator Brian Fleury is a former tight end coach that has leaned on the position more and more in recent weeks. Sam Darnold will definitely need to utilize his safety blanket to offset the pressure and crowd noise while playing on the road in a hostile environment.<\/p>\n\n\n

Seahawks vs Broncos<\/strong> Player Prop #2: Bo Nix Denver Broncos UNDER 199.5 Passing Yards (-115)<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bo Nix has fallen well short of this line in 3 of his first 5 games while averaging only 188.4 passing yards per game and landing on 214 yards in one of his overs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deep ball hasn’t been effective for Nix as he’s only completed 11 passes for 20 yards or more. Now Nix has to deal with a Seattle Seahawks defense that hasn’t allowed a quarterback to surpass 189 yards in 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That list includes Brock Purdy (189), Justin Herbert (189), Marcus Mariota (183), Jacoby Brissett (95) and Drake Maye (178). The Seahawks have also shut down deep passes while allowing the fewest completions of 20+ yards in 2026.\u00a0Denver ranks 27th in 3rd down conversion percentage and Seattle ranks 3rd against opponents in that category defensively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Broncos offense was unimpressive last week even in victory as they only logged 224 total yards and 18 first downs against the Chargers. Nix will be under the gun on a short week, and I don’t see him throwing the ball up and down the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
