Phoenix Suns vs New Orleans Pelicans Analysis<\/h2>\n

The Suns are coming off an easy win against the Thunder last night while the Pelicans will play their first game out of the All-Star break. We are going to take a look at this game from a prop betting perspective and see where the best bets are.<\/p>\n

Phoenix Suns vs New Orleans Pelicans Team Totals<\/h3>\n

The Pelicans team total is 110.5 and the Suns are at 117.5, and I don\u2019t really know what to expect from the Pelicans in their first game in over a week. They went over this total against San Antonio and Dallas before the break, but also went under this total in four out of their last six. McCollum has been a nice addition at times, but the team is still clunky. I lean toward the Pelicans under 110.5 points.<\/p>\n

However, I am definitely taking the over on the Suns’ team total. They looked great without CP3 last night and did not need too much energy to get to 124 points. I think they may have a little advantage tonight as they are up to game speed, and the Pelicans might need a quarter or half to shake off the rust. The bench of the Suns continues to produce, I expect another game with spread out scoring from the starting lineup to help get the Suns over 117.5 points.<\/p>\n

Phoenix Suns vs New Orleans Pelicans Player Props<\/h3>\n

The interior defense of Phoenix is really good, and they give up the fifth-least production to opposing centers so I\u2019ll start with playing Valanciunas under 32.5 points + rebounds + assists. He\u2019s only gone over this total in one game in November and that was with an 18 rebound performance against Dallas. He hasn\u2019t scored 20 points in 12 straight games, I don\u2019t see him doing that tonight.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ll also take a sprinkle on Brandon Ingram under 20.5 points. He\u2019s gone under in four out of five games since playing with CJ McCollum. Hopefully that trend continues tonight.<\/p>\n

Recommendation: Jonas Valanciunas under 32.5 points + rebounds + assists<\/strong><\/p>\n
