eero 400 Track: Chicagoland Speedway<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The eero 400 <\/strong>marks NASCAR’s long-awaited return to Chicagoland Speedway <\/strong>for the first time in seven years<\/strong>, bringing Cup Series racing back to one of the sport’s most popular intermediate\u00a0 tracks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chicagoland is a fast 1.5-mile tri-oval <\/strong>featuring 18 degrees of banking in the corners,\u00a0 allowing drivers to race multiple grooves from the bottom lane all the way up against the wall.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The wide racing surface rewards momentum, aerodynamic efficiency, and tire management,\u00a0often producing long green-flag runs and exciting side-by-side battles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because the track hasn’t\u00a0 hosted a Cup race since 2019, teams have very little Next Gen data to rely on, making setup and practice more important than usual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The return to Chicagoland adds an extra layer of unpredictability, as drivers and crew chiefs will have to quickly adapt to a track that has changed\u00a0over years of weathering and inactivity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With its history of close finishes and high-speed racing,\u00a0the eero 400 has all the ingredients to become one of the most exciting races of the 2026 season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

eero 400 Top 10 Prediction: Chris Buescher -110<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Buescher wasn\u2019t good last week on a track he\u2019s normally good at so that\u2019s a bit concerning, but\u00a0probably why we\u2019re getting a great number on him. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last week was on a road course that the car\u00a0 just never seemed right, but we\u2019re at a 1.5 mile oval where he\u2019s been really good. Top 10\u2019s at\u00a0Pocono and Michigan, big ovals, are a good sign, and top 10\u2019s at Texas, Kansas, Darlington and\u00a0Las Vegas are even better signs. He\u2019s finished Top 10 in 8 out of 12 races on ovals bigger than a\u00a0mile, I think he does it again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
