Second baseman Justin Foscue has been up and down from the minors within the Rangers organization for three years now, but after 23 games he hit his first big league home run back on May 9th and his his second two days ago at Coors Field against the same Rockies team the Rangers will be going up against once more today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
