Cadillac Championship Course: Trump National Doral<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Cadillac Championship <\/strong>returns to the famous Blue Monster Course at Doral<\/strong>, one of the\u00a0most demanding and recognizable layouts in golf. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This par-72 course stretches over 7,700\u00a0 yards<\/strong>, featuring wide fairways off the tee but punishing hazards that come into play the closer\u00a0players push toward ideal angles. Length is an advantage here, but only if it\u2019s paired with\u00a0 control.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Blue Monster is defined by water hazards, deep bunkers, and firm greens<\/strong>, forcing players\u00a0 to execute precise approach shots. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many holes are exposed, meaning wind often becomes a\u00a0 major factor, especially on longer par-4s and par-5s where second shots are key. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even though the\u00a0 fairways are generous, missing in the wrong spots can quickly lead to bogeys or worse.\u00a0The closing stretch is one of the toughest finishes in golf, highlighted by the 18th hole<\/strong>, a long\u00a0 par-4 with water running the entire left side and pressure building with every shot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a course that rewards power, ball-striking, and mental toughness<\/strong>, and with hazards lurking on nearly\u00a0every hole, mistakes can add up quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expect a demanding test where staying patient and\u00a0 avoiding big numbers is critical to contending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cadillac Championship: Players That Can Trip You Up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tommy Fleetwood <\/strong>is getting top-tier respect in the odds, but this setup doesn\u2019t fully suit him. At\u00a07,700 yards<\/strong>, length matters, and that\u2019s not a strength for Fleetwood. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He\u2019s also trending the\u00a0wrong way with finishes of 33rd and 52nd in his last two starts. Being priced as a Top 3 golfer\u00a0feels far too aggressive given the form and fit. Easy pass at this number.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hideki Matsuyama <\/strong>looks like he\u2019s starting to cool off after a decent run earlier in the season.\u00a0He hasn\u2019t posted a Top 10 in his last five tournaments, and his lack of distance off the tee can be a disadvantage on longer layouts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His history at this course\u2014albeit from a while ago\u2014wasn\u2019t\u00a0 impressive either. Yet he\u2019s still priced as a Top 10 option this week. The number doesn\u2019t match\u00a0the current trajectory.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chris Gotterup <\/strong>is another player whose price doesn\u2019t line up with production. He\u2019s being listed\u00a0as a Top 7 contender, but has just one Top 10 finish in his last seven starts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While he brings plenty of distance, his lack of accuracy off the tee can lead to trouble, especially on a demanding\u00a0layout. At this price point, you need reliability or elite form\u2014and he has neither right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cadillac Championship: DraftKings Darlings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ryo Hisatsune ($7,000) <\/strong>is a great bounce-back candidate in this range. One poor finish last time\u00a0 out doesn\u2019t erase a season full of Top 30s and multiple Top 10s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

His stats are solid across the\u00a0 board, with around-the-green play the only real weakness\u2014and that shouldn\u2019t be heavily\u00a0exposed here. In a no-cut format, four guaranteed rounds plus his scoring upside make him a\u00a0strong DFS target.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gary Woodland ($7,400) <\/strong>is trending in a big way and looks underpriced for his current form.\u00a0 He\u2019s finished Top 14 in three of his last four tournaments, and the underlying numbers back it up \u2014strong approach play, improved putting, and still plenty of distance off the tee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When\u00a0 Woodland gets hot like this, he can pile up birdies quickly. At this price, the upside is very real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keegan Bradley ($7,500) <\/strong>is starting to round into form after a slow start to the season. He\u2019s\u00a0coming off finishes of 21st and 12th, and his stats have improved across the board. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the last 30 days, he ranks 12th in total strokes gained in this field, showing his game is trending in the\u00a0 right direction. If that continues, Bradley offers both stability and top-15 upside at this salary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
