Cagliari’s Current Form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Being stuck in mid-table limbo isn\u2019t the worst thing in Serie A or any league where there is a relegation threat, so Cagliari and its supporters realize that things could be worse than their current plight in Italy, stuck at 13th in the table as the campaign prepares to enter the home stretch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s been a central tenet to the continuing and amazing evolvement of the lakesiders into a candidate for European football next term, currently sitting in fifth place which would be good for a Europa League invitation, and it\u2019s only three points needed to catch fourth-place Roma and get into the Champions League next fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking of Butez, one of his earlier clean sheets this season came against Cagliari by the lake on November 8, though that one ended nil-nil. Como is off another of those scoreless draws in the first leg of the Coppa Italia semifinal on Tuesday vs. Inter Milan, and right now are also working on a seven-match unbeaten run on the road, which as much as anything signals that Cesc\u2019s side is serious about its European ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cagliari vs Como Prediction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The Como win price is a bit prohibitive, however, in the -175 range, but we feel confident enough about recent form to look at Cesc\u2019s team the Asian Line -0.75 goals at a more reasonable -125 or so, which is about the same price we can get under 2.5 goals, a worthwhile idea considering how parched Cagliari is for scores, plus trying to solve Butez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Other possibilities at enhanced returns might be finding Como -1 goal on the goal spread, which fetches +160 or thereabouts, while in the correct score category, 1-0 Como returns +240, and 2-0 Como at a very tasty +700.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
