Brentford +300 | Crystal Palace -110<\/strong> | Draw +260<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Two teams locked in mid-table and on the exact same points meet up on Saturday as 10th placed Crystal Palace host 11th placed Brentford at Selhurst Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It was an October to forget for Palace after sitting 3rd in the league back on the first of the month, only to tumble to 10th by the month\u2019s end, largely due to a four game winless run across all competitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Eagles did manage to snap that losing slide however with a midweek EFL Cup victory over Liverpool on Wednesday night, another team that have struggled massively across October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Brentford, meanwhile, have won four of their last five games heading into this one, and are joint-6th in the league based on current form also, so they\u2019ll be confident of securing yet another result this weekend, especially seeing as the Bees have lost just one of their last eight head-to-head meetings against Palace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Despite their recent slippage, the Eagles continue to rank #1 in the league in offensive xG this season, with Brentford catching them fast, coming in at 6th currently. All of the last six meetings between the two sides have seen both teams find the back of the net, and we envision more of the same come Saturday as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Newcastle -175 | West Ham <\/strong>+410 | Draw +320<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Newcastle enjoyed a solid October overall, ranking 5th in the league across the month, as well as owning the highest offensive xG out of any team also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n That came after a dismal start to the season which saw the Magpies sit 4th from bottom in the league during the mid-point of September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n West Ham, who were sitting one point above Newcastle back on September 12th, have unfortunately failed to improve their own standing, ranking as the joint-worst team in the league since that point of the season, generating just one point, and owning the league\u2019s lowest xG and lowest xGA also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This has led the Hammers to having their worst-ever start to a Premier League campaign in their history, with new head coach Nuno Espirito Santo already feeling the pressure after only four games in charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There\u2019s no getting away from just how poor West Ham\u2019s defense has been this season, allowing a league-high 20 goals, as well as allowing the most set-piece goals to opponents, and owning the league\u2019s worst defensive xGA at home also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With Newcastle scoring multiple goals across five of their last six matchups, and as we said previously, the Magpies owning the league\u2019s best offensive xG rating across the month of October also, we\u2019re betting that Newcastle can strike at least twice in Sunday\u2019s showdown against the Hammers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Everton +170 | Sunderland +175 | Draw +200<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Surprise packages Sunderland marched into the Champions League\u2019s spots with an impressive 2-1 come-from-behind victory against Chelsea last weekend down in West London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Black Cats shocked Chelsea with a late injury-time winner in that game, and they\u2019ll be looking for even more success this weekend against an Everton side who are coming off back-to-back defeats, scoring zero goals across those two losses also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, despite their admirable success so far this season, Sunderland will need to find a way to tighten up a defense that sits third-from-bottom in opponent shots allowed this year, right alongside Everton in the fourth spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Where we see value in this game is in the cards market, with only two teams getting handed more yellow cards this season than what Everton have accumulated, and only Chelsea picking up more straight red cards than what Sunderland have generated also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This should be a tight, scrappy affair on Monday night up in the north-east between two sides who\u2019ll believe they can get a positive result in this one.
