Expert NBA Player Props for Thursday: Cason Wallace, Thunder OVER 8.5 Points (-130)\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cason Wallace is listed as questionable due to a knee injury, but I think he gives it a go as Oklahoma City Thunder guards Alex Caruso (Concussion) & Isaiah Joe (knee) are already on the shelf and if he sits the ticket will be voided. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wallace is coming off 14-point effort on 5-10 shooting from the field across 42 minutes on Opening Night. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He did see additional minutes due to double overtime but only 3 of those 14 points occurred in OT. The Indiana Pacers are playing without Tyrese Haliburton, but I still see them playing at a fast pace so Wallace will see an uptick tempo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wallace has scored double digits in 2 of his last 3 head-to-head meetings with Indiana including his last game where he scored 10 points across 26 minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Thunder are -7.5-point road favorites with a total set a 231.5 so there should be plenty of scoring and we just need 9 points from the Kentucky product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expert NBA Player Props for Thursday: Chet Holmgren, Thunder OVER 7.5 Rebounds (-142)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Chet Holmgren is coming off a double overtime game where he missed the 2nd extra period due to fouling out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He finished the game with 7 rebounds, but he was extremely unlucky with 20 rebound chances. There is obviously a concern over fatigue, but head coach Mark Daigneault mentioned his team came into the season in shape and ready to go. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Holmgren played a ton of games against Indiana last season considering they played in the NBA Finals, and he cleared this line in 6\/9 head-to-head games while landing on 6 rebounds in the other three games. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now this matchup is even more favorable as center Myles Turner is playing in Milwaukee. I still see the Pacers pushing the pace and we could see stretches where Obi Toppin plays the five. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last season, Holmgren averaged 8 rebounds across 27.4 minutes per game, and he dealt with a bounce back period early in the season as he worked his way back from an injury. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I see him approaching 30 minutes again tonight and that should be enough to log 8+ boards against a small Pacers team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/a>\n
