NRFI Best Bet Today #1: Seattle Mariners vs New York Mets (-115)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Both the Mariners and Mets look to rebound from back-to-back losses as they clash in Queens tonight. Luis Castillo gets the start for Seattle not allowing a first inning run in 22 of 24 starts on the season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sure, he posts a 4.31 road ERA compared to a 2.41 home ERA but across the last month he has posted a 2.40 ERA and the Mets sit third in most NRFI results across the MLB on the season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lefty Sean Manaea gets the start for New York with the Mariners hitting .238 against lefties on the season and since the all-star break Seattle actually has the worst overall team batting average at just .214. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

NRFI Best Bet Today #2: Tampa Bay Rays vs San Francisco Giants (-135)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Giants have scored two or less runs across their last five games, all played at home as they welcome in the Rays for a series at Oracle Park. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joe Boyle gets the start for Tampa Bay and while we admit he\u2019s been brutal on the road this season, we\u2019re banking on the bad Giants bats to get out of the first inning without a run. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the season the Giants have the fourth worst batting average at home among all teams and Boyle not allowing a first inning run in three of four starts this season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Giants haven\u2019t scored in the first inning in 75% of their home games as they send Landen Roupp to the mound. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He\u2019ll be activated from the IL having not pitched since July 22nd, but before that he did post a 1.80 ERA at home compared to a 4.15 ERA on the road and hasn\u2019t allowed a first inning run in 15 of 20 starts this season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Rays haven\u2019t scored in the first inning in 77% of their road games this season while posting the third worst team batting average since the all-star break. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
