Taylor Ward has a home run in back-to-back games five different times this season and we think he has a solid shot to do it for a sixth time tonight after hitting a home run in yesterday\u2019s 6-4 win over the Rangers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With another home run Ward will break his single season high for a home run with 26 after hitting exactly 25 home runs each of the past two seasons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In July he\u2019s batting .286 and posting a .527 slugging percentage heading into tonight and against Rangers starter Patrick Corbin he\u2019s 6-13 with a home run all-time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Rangers lefty has allowed 10 of his 14 home runs this season on the road with Ward batting .267 and slugging .587 against lefties this season compared to a .224 average and .469 slugging percentage against righties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mariners outfielder has seen minimal action this season, but he has a favorable matchup tonight as the Athletics send out veteran Luis Severino in Sacramento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Athletics starter has already expressed that he hates playing at home this season and the numbers reflect that posting a 6.68 ERA at home while allowing eight of his 13 total home runs compared to on the road sporting a 3.03 ERA and holding opponents to a .212 batting average. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Canzone has just six home runs in 121 at-bats this season but five of those six have come on the road while slugging .576 and all six have come against right handed pitching while slugging .538. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Canzone is 2-2 with two doubles all-time against Severino so let\u2019s take advantage of a potentially vulnerable Severino and take Canzone to hit a home run at +480 odds<\/strong>.
