Dakota Ditcheva enters this fight as a massive favorite for good reason\u2014her speed, precision,\u00a0and knockout power have overwhelmed every opponent she’s faced in the PFL. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With whispers of\u00a0her wanting out of her PFL contract, expect Ditcheva to make a statement here and boost her\u00a0value with another highlight-reel finish. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sumiko Inaba is the last remaining woman in the\u00a0division Ditcheva hasn\u2019t faced, and this matchup feels like a showcase. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inaba’s best chance is to\u00a0lean on her wrestling, but Ditcheva\u2019s takedown defense and striking superiority should shut that down quickly. Barring a miracle, Ditcheva by first-round KO<\/strong> looks like the most likely outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AJ McKee -245 vs Akhmed Magomedov +186<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t let the name fool you\u2014this isn\u2019t your typical dominant Magomedov. Akhmed has solid skills, but his striking is limited and not nearly as polished or dangerous as other Dagestani fighters with the same surname. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AJ McKee should have a clear edge in speed, athleticism, and striking variety. He\u2019s explosive, creative, and has shown elite submission ability when fights hit\u00a0the mat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If McKee avoids getting tied up in a grindy wrestling match, his dynamic offense should give Magomedov problems throughout. This line may look steep, but stylistically it favors\u00a0McKee, who has the tools to win convincingly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Makkasharip Zaynukov -620 vs Takeshi Izumi +400\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a classic fade spot against a late-career RIZIN import. Takeshi Izumi enters at 36 years\u00a0old with only nine pro fights\u2014a red flag at this level\u2014and faces a tough stylistic matchup in\u00a0Zaynukov. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While neither fighter is known for finishing, Zaynukov has a strong top game and should be able to control the action on the ground for large stretches of this fight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Izumi’s lack of\u00a0pace and experience on bigger stages only adds to the concern. Don\u2019t expect fireworks, but\u00a0Zaynukov by dominant decision feels like the most likely outcome<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This line feels short given Denis Goltsov\u2019s finishing ability and well-rounded skill set. He\u2019s\u00a0riding a streak of seven straight wins by finish<\/strong>, and he\u2019s just as dangerous on the feet as he is on\u00a0the ground. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corey Anderson brings solid wrestling, but his style is methodical, low-output, and\u00a0he\u2019s shown signs of fading late in fights. If Anderson can\u2019t control position for long stretches,\u00a0he\u2019s going to be in trouble. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goltsov has multiple paths to victory and can capitalize on any lapse in activity or cardio. The value here is on Goltsov inside the distance<\/strong>\u2014he\u2019s the more dangerous\u00a0fighter and has the tools to end this at any point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2025 PFL Cape Town Main Event: Johnny Eblen vs Costello van Steenis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Johnny Eblen\u2019s relentless pressure and elite cardio make him a nightmare in five-round fights, and this matchup plays perfectly into his style. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While van Steenis is a solid, skilled fighter with\u00a0legitimate finishing ability, his r\u00e9sum\u00e9 is padded with weaker competition, and his recent losses\u00a0 to aging vets like Douglas Lima and John Salter raise red flags at this level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unless van Steenis\u00a0 finds a finish early\u2014which is a tall task against Eblen\u2019s durability and pace\u2014this fight should tilt\u00a0heavily in Eblen\u2019s favor as it progresses.
