Jose Ramirez sits one game behind Cody Bellinger for the MLBs longest current hitting streak with 12 and he’s covered this HRR line in 13 of his last 16 games (81%). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now Ramirez gets the opportunity to feast on Bailey Ober who he’s gone 7-22 (.318) against with a home run and two doubles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ober has actually been great this season but he’s coming off a rough outing (3 ER 4.2 IP) as the Baltimore Orioles got a 2nd look at him this season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Guardians are also getting their 2nd look at Ober this season after he shut them down in April. Ramirez has hit well against a couple of Minnesota relievers as he’s 3-7 with a home run against Louis Varland and 2-6 with a double against Cole Sands.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ramirez has also thrived on the road where he’s batting .329 with a 1,012 OPS compared to a .265 batting average and .745 OPS at home. He owns a .287 career batting average at Target Field, and I expect him to improve on that number tonight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
