Wurth 400 Track: Texas Motor Speedway<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Texas Motor Speedway, located in Fort Worth, is a 1.5-mile asphalt quad-oval renowned for its\u00a0high speeds and expansive racing surface. The track features 20 degrees of banking in Turns 1\u00a0 and 2, and 24 degrees in Turns 3 and 4, with straightaways banked at 5 degrees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s wide layout\u00a0 and long frontstretch (2,250 feet) and backstretch (1,330 feet) make it one of the fastest non superspeedway tracks on the NASCAR circuit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since its reconfiguration in 2017, the track has\u00a0 presented unique challenges, leading to mixed reviews from drivers and fans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In recent years,\u00a0Hendrick Motorsports has found success here, with William Byron winning in 2023 and Chase\u00a0Elliott securing a dramatic victory in 2024, ending a personal winless streak and a 30-year\u00a0 drought for his sponsor, Hooters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite its challenges, Texas Motor Speedway remains a\u00a0 pivotal venue in the NASCAR schedule, often influencing playoff standings and championship\u00a0 outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NASCAR Wurth 400 Head-to-Head Prediction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ross Chastain -125 over Brad Keselowski<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It hasn\u2019t been a great start to the season for Keselowski as he still doesn\u2019t have a top 10 finish,\u00a0and he finished 26th at Miami, 11th at Vegas and 33rd at Phoenix, so not great on the ovals.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chastain beat him in two out of those three races, and has five top 10s this season. Chastain ran\u00a0into trouble last year and finished 32nd while Brad was 2nd at Texas, but this is a new year and I\u00a0see way more upside in Chastain and his team right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alex Bowman +100\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I love this play. Bowman has been miserable at Texas the last few years, but I feel like he\u2019s been a bit snake bitten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He finished 5th here in 2020 and 2019 so we know he\u2019s capable of good\u00a0things here, and he\u2019s finished 7th, 7th and 2nd at Phoenix, Vegas, and Miami so he\u2019s shown\u00a0success on these mile and mile and a half tracks. I like the Hendricks cars still, I see another\u00a0solid week for them, including Bowman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
