Jake Burger thought he had new life joining the Rangers after playing five years with the White Sox and Marlins, but that hasn\u2019t been the case so far this season with the first baseman batting just .196 with a .348 slugging percentage so far this season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Rangers beat the Athletics 15-2 yesterday with Burger going 2-3 with a double and three runs scored and perhaps that will ignite the power in his bat to hit a home run tonight against the Athletics who send Luis Severino to the mound. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Burger is 5-13 with two home runs against Severino in his career and is batting .233 at home compared to just .163 on the road this season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Severino struggled against Texas last season allowing six earned runs including two home runs in 6.1 innings pitched and had a 5.00 ERA on the road while allowing 14 of his 23 total home runs away from home as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Burger belted 29 home runs last season with a slugging percentage of .479 against righties compared to just a .419 slugging percentage against lefties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carlos Carrasco takes the mound for New York in Baltimore in which Henderson is 3-5 with a home run against the Yankees starter in his career. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carrasco has struggled on the road this season allowing three home runs in 8.1 innings pitched with Henderson looking to extend his hitting streak to six games. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All three of Henderson\u2019s home runs have come at home in 38 at bats this season while not hitting any on the road in 50 at bats. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although he\u2019s batting just .227 on the season, he\u2019s batting .300 against righties with a slugging percentage of .580 compared to just a .211 slugging percentage against lefties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Henderson blasted 37 home runs last season including nine in April so let\u2019s take him to get his fourth on the last day of the month this season at +470<\/strong> with other Orioles hitters to consider for a home run include Cedric Mullins (+500)<\/strong> and Ryan O\u2019Hearn (+520)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
