Joe Ryan didn\u2019t give up a home run in his first start but we feel he has a decent shot of giving up one today at home against the Astros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s worth noting that Alvarez had seven home runs in April last season and five in 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s only a matter of time before Alvarez gets his first home run of the season so let\u2019s take him at +300 <\/strong>with other Astros hitters to consider for a home run being Jose Altuve at +750<\/strong> and Isaac Paredes at +830<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MLB HR Props Best Bet of the Day #2: Cody Bellinger (NYY) +450<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Yankees outfielder Cody Bellinger has ample experience against Diamondbacks starter Merrill Kelly tonight from his time with the Dodgers and we think he has a shot to crack his second home run of the season tonight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bellinger is 7-26 with two home runs all-time and he hit five of his 18 home runs last season in April which was a season high for any given month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Six of the 11 home runs Kelly gave up last season were to left-handed bats and he gave up one home run every 6.2 innings pitched. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He didn\u2019t give up one in his first start of the season against the Cubs in 5.1 innings pitched so he\u2019s due to give up at least one in New York tonight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
