We should also see plenty of scoring opportunities in a game with a total set at 235.5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Christian Braun has fallen short of this line in 17 of his last 20 games when the Denver Nuggets are fully healthy against teams that rank top 20 in assists allowed while averaging only 1.4 assists per game. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Now he’s facing a Milwaukee Bucks team that has allowed the 9th fewest assists overall with only 25.8 per game and 4 of the last 6 opposing shooting guards have fallen short of their respective lines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n With Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray and Russell Westbrook on the court there is no need for Braun to facilitate and he becomes a transition scorer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n When Denver has their full complement of players, Braun averages only three potential assists per game which means he’ll need a 100% conversion rate to eclipse this line. <\/p>\n\n\n\n This is also a slight pace down spot for Braun and the Nuggets (6th) as Milwaukee ranks 16th in pace of play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Both of these teams have struggled to score in recent games as the Charlotte Hornets have scored 88, 88 and 92 points in their last three games while the Dallas Mavericks have scored 99, 102 and 111 points. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The Hornets have the second best under record in the NBA at 35-22 and the while Mavericks sit close to .500 overall, they have posted a 17-12 record to the under at home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We should also fully expect a slow tempo as these teams’ rank 18th and 21st in pace of play.
