Washington Wizards at Milwaukee Bucks Analysis<\/h2>\n

The Wizards are in a really bad spot at this point in the season after starting 10-3. They are now 13-23 since then, and have lost Five straight and tonight will be without Bradley Beal.<\/p>\n

The defending champs seem to be sleep walking through the season as they clearly have elite talent, but are just 6-8 in their last 14. The books trust them tonight though as they are -11 favorites with a total of 227, so let\u2019s see how we can profit off tonight\u2019s game.<\/p>\n

Washington Going Downhill<\/h3>\n

The Wizards have overall big issues with their cap and roster, but right now their problem is they can\u2019t win. They have a few wins here or there against Orlando and OKC, but recently they\u2019ve been blownout by Memphis and Boston while staying a little bit close in losses to the Clippers, Nets and Raptors. The combination of Beal, Dinwiddie and Kuzma has not been working well, and they\u2019ll be without Beal tonight which I\u2019m not sure if that helps or hurts them as he\u2019s been well below his average numbers this year. The Wizards are 1-9 in their last 10 against the spread so they\u2019ve been a fade cash cow and tonight this +11 is a big number, but they\u2019re certainly capable of losing by 20 or more.<\/p>\n

Up and Down Bucks<\/h3>\n

The Bucks look like Champions one night and then they lost to Denver by 36 the next night so this team can be really frustrating to bet on. They\u2019re 3-7 against the spread the last 10 games, and this is another game where they should easily win on paper, but we don\u2019t know what Milwaukee team we\u2019re going to get.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m guessing we\u2019ll get a motivated Milwaukee team who is coming off a bad loss at the hands of the Nuggets and they\u2019ll have such a huge advantage inside tonight. The Wizards will be starting Thomas Bryant at center and Kuzma at the power forward which is a dream matchup for the Bucks. The last game the Wizards ran with this lineup and Steven Adams had one of his best games of the year.<\/p>\n

Washington Wizards at Milwaukee Bucks Prediction<\/h3>\n

Two out of three games the Wizards have scored 95 or less points, and I\u2019ll play their team total under 107.5 tonight. It\u2019s going to be a rough night inside for Washington and without Beal they\u2019re down to a limited amount of players who can score. I was surprised to see this total this high, I don\u2019t think Washington gets there tonight.<\/p>\n

Washington Wizards at Milwaukee Bucks Preview from GoldSheet<\/h2>\n

Milwaukee coming off humiliation of massive 136-100 home loss to Denver, and that loss came with Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday all in the starting lineup. One might ordinarily think the Bucks respond well after a loss, but really, not so much, as they\u2019re just 26-27 against the number the last two seasons season following a straight up setback, including turning a one-game loss into two straight four of the last five chances.<\/p>\n

Milwaukee is a rather pedestrian 6-8 SU & 4-10 vs. the number over its past 14 games, ranking 17th in net efficiency rating and 22nd in offensive efficiency despite Giannis scoring 31.2 ppg and shooting 52% and Chris Middleton scoring 22 ppg on 48% FGs, while Jrue Holiday is at 17 ppg and 46% playing in half of those 16 games.<\/p>\n

Washington snapped an eight-game Milwaukee winning streak in this series in the first meeting between the two on Nov. 7, and the Wizards have dropped 11 of their last 12 against the points. The Bucks wasted a 29-pt, 18-rebound effort from the Greek Freak, a 49-42 edge on the boards and a 19-12 turnover advantage in the first game by being outshot 51%-39%. Hard to choose between teams not playing very well, but \u201cover\u201d might be worth a roll of the dice.<\/p>\n
