Willie Fritz had Tulane on the right track until \u201921, when 2-10 was a massive disappointment.\u00a0 He won 23 more games the past two seasons and left for Houston.\u00a0 Jon Sumrall went 23-5 at Troy.\u00a0 Tulane is doing something right.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
