This is Denver\u2019s second road game of six game road trip where the Nets will be playing their second game in a row at home, of course without Kyrie.<\/p>\n The Nuggets have won two straight and the Nets have lost two straight and the Nets will be two point underdogs at home with a total of 221.5, so let\u2019s get make some money off this game.<\/p>\n Joker Not Joking Around<\/h3>\nJokic continues his amazing season as he has lead his team in points, rebounds and assists in four out of five games, and is coming off a 28-21 performance in a win against Detroit. That makes two wins in a row over Detroit for Denver and they\u2019re 7-3 in their last 10, but they are 3-7 against the spread so they haven\u2019t been a good cover team, and they\u2019re 1-4 their last 5 road games.<\/p>\n The worry for them tonight is that they are a bottom nine team in defending point guards, and James Harden has to notice that so slowing him down is going to be a tough, but important task tonight. An odd stat that I think is worth noting is that they are 8-2 against the spread in the first half on the road in their last 10 games. Big red flag for Denver tonight is they are favored, but they are 1-6 in second games of a back to back.<\/p>\n Can Harden Hold the Nets Together<\/h3>\nIt\u2019s the most obvious storyline for this team right now as Kyrie isn\u2019t playing home games, and Harden is now left to handle the load. They\u2019re 1-2 in home games since Durant left, and last night Harden had a huge workload playing 38 minutes and having a triple double going for 33-12-11.<\/p>\n He took 27% of the entire teams shot attempts, and besides him, Mills and Bembry were the only two guys in double digits. Lebron dominated them last night, and I really don\u2019t see who on the Nets is going to slow down Jokic. Maybe Aldridge gets more minutes, but right now Sharpe is starting at center, and I don\u2019t see him having much luck.<\/p>\n Denver Nuggets vs Brooklyn Nets Prediction<\/h3>\nI\u2019m going with the Nuggets to top the Nets tonight. The Nets have become a one man team at home, and if Harden doesn\u2019t play absolutely lights out tonight I think Jokic and company could dominate. Both teams are on a back to back, but Harden played the most minutes by far of anyone playing tonight and is being asked to do everything for his team. Last night every starter for Denver scored double digits, and the bench pitched in 24 points.
