They sat 5-3 last year, then dropped their last four games, by 3-3-3-7 points.&nbsp; They are 28-52 the past seven seasons.&nbsp; Is this another year where they tease the NCAA community?&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2024-nebraska-corn-huskers-ncaaf-areas-to-watch\">2024 Nebraska CornHuskers NCAAF AREAS TO WATCH:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s all you need to know about \u201923.&nbsp; Nebraska was -17 in turnover ratio, and -8 in their four late, close losses.&nbsp; Of course, the team who lost millions of games due to poor special team play (seven in one season alone) only hired a special team coordinator in \u201922.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their current PK was 60% a year ago.&nbsp; Freshman QB Dylan Raiola is the nation\u2019s top QB recruit.&nbsp; The incumbent was awful, so here\u2019s hoping Raiola hits the ground running.&nbsp; The OL looks decent, so that helps.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WR and RB talent is enough to predict some success.&nbsp; Matt Ruhle is a defensive coach at heart, but the offense needs to average more than 15.4 points per game (Big Ten play).&nbsp; Nebraska\u2019s defense allowed just 17.6 points per game in Big Ten play, and their coordinator is a good one.&nbsp; The front seven is solid, and will limit opponents in the run game.&nbsp; The secondary has some holes to fill, but will likely be decent.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\ufffc-nebraska-football-2024-predicted-total-wins-prediction\">&nbsp;<span id=\"docs-internal-guid-9189ee98-7fff-38e1-a340-3e6228509ba2\"><div><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
