DiJonai Carrington will guard Clark and she is an absolute beast on defense as one of five Sun players who rank top-20 in defensive win shares. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Clark could also deal with some foul trouble after recording 4 & 5 fouls in the first two meetings and her minutes could be further limited in a blowout with a spread set at -11. <\/p>\n\n\n\n This is nightmare matchup for Clark, and we get plus-money for number she hasn’t reached in two games combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Veteran Connecticut Sun forward DeWanna Bonner is averaging 18.8 points per game on 45.8% shooting from the field on the season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Bonner has fallen short of this total in 5 of her last 6 games but has been right around this number in each game she fell short with 16, 18, 12, 19 and 19 points. <\/p>\n\n\n\n However, this is all about her matchup with the Indiana Fever who she has scored 20 and 22 points against this season while shooting a combined 15-33 (45%) against. <\/p>\n\n\n\n It makes sense, considering the Fever are a vulnerable defense that allows the most points (90.5\/game), 2nd most points in the paint (38.8%) and 3rd most three-pointers (8.64\/game). <\/p>\n\n\n\n Bonner feasted on Indiana in the paint with 8 & 12 points while shooting 4-5 and 7-8 from the charity stripe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n She also managed to score 20+ points in both games while shooting a horrendous 1-7 and 0-3 from beyond the arc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The spread is set at -11 but if Connecticut builds that kind of a lead late, Bonner will have done her fair share of the damage.
