The Yankees have averaged a run in the first inning over their last three games. Their run production in the first frame sits at .90 runs when they are at home, and we are backing them in a good matchup. Today, they face Logan Gilbert, who is a good pitcher, but he is hittable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marcus Stroman starts against Seattle, and we are fading him in the first inning. The Mariners average .3 runs per first frame, and that number rises to .32 runs on the road. They are averaging 2.33 runs in the first over their last three games. The Orioles only average .17 runs in the first frame when they are on the road, but this is a great matchup for them. Let's dive in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Best YRFI Bets Today - Free YRFI Picks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YRFI Prediction 1: Seattle Mariners at New York Yankees (-110)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The Yankees are one of the best first-inning teams in baseball, averaging .67 runs per first inning, and we are going with the over in today's AL matchup. The Yankees have averaged a run in the first inning over their last three games. Their run production in the first frame sits at .90 runs when they are at home, and we are backing them in a good matchup. Today, they face Logan Gilbert, who is a good pitcher, but he is hittable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Marcus Stroman starts against Seattle, and we are fading him in the first inning. The Mariners average .3 runs per first frame, and that number rises to .32 runs on the road. Seattle has scored in the first in one of their last three games, and Stroman is a good matchup for them as he has a .363 wxOBA against Seattle's roster, making this a great YRFI target.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YRFI Best Bet Today #2: Baltimore Orioles at St. Louis Cardinals (-110)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The Orioles are one of the better YRFI teams in the MLB, putting up .52 runs per the first frame. They are averaging 2.33 runs in the first over their last three games. The Orioles only average .17 runs in the first frame when they are on the road, but this is a great matchup for them. They are facing righty Sonny Gray, who has gotten hit hard in his last few starts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The Cardinals are averaging .43 runs in the first frame, which is not great, but they have been better at home. So far this season, they are averaging .45 runs when at home. Righty Dean Kremer is going for the Orioles, and he is a good pitcher to target. He is not a huge strikeout pitcher, which is helpful for a YRFI, and he lets up a lot of home runs.
