| TV:<\/td> | Golf Channel, CBS<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n 2024 Wells Fargo Championship Course: Quail Hollow Golf & Country Club<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\nThis course is long as it\u2019s a Par 71 at over 7500 yards, but it\u2019s scorable as Wyhdham Clark went -19 last year playing the Par 5\u2019s in -10, and that\u2019s how to attack this course. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n The last 5 winners here have gone -6 or better across all the Par 5\u2019s so length off the tee is a big advantage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n The course has some nice dog-leg holes and a few holes with water hazards, and the fairways are tree-lined so players can\u2019t be too inaccurate off the tee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n Long iron play will be key to limiting bogeys on the Par 4\u2019s so shorter players are really at a disadvantage here. Alex Noren 1.53<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n 2024 Wells Fargo Championship: Players That Can Trip You Up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\nMax Homa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\nHe\u2019s won here twice in the last four years, and he finished 8th here last year, but he\u2019s not been great this year, and he really went all in on The Masters, but he followed that up with a 55th-place finish the next week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n The last 3 months he\u2019s only +0.78 total strokes gained, and he\u2019s been pretty bad off the tee, and that\u2019s a big problem here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n His approaches haven\u2019t been great, and his putting has been his saving grace so far, but at this long course, you can\u2019t be bad off the tee and compete for the win. He\u2019s priced as a Top 7 player this week, and I think he\u2019ll disappoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n Rory McIlroy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\nMcIlroy as the betting favorite, this never goes well. McIlroy won the Zurich, and although he played way better than his partner, he still only has 1 finish better than 19th this season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n He has great history here, but he was 47th last year, and I can\u2019t bet on him at this price when he\u2019s consistently finishing 20th or worse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n Jordan Spieth<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\nI have to bring him up again as he\u2019s priced as a Top 20 golfer, and this is after he missed the cut last week in a bad field. In the last six tournaments, he has one finish better than 39th, and four missed cuts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n His approaches are terrible right now at -0.11, in the last three months and his putting and around the green just isn\u2019t saving him like it normally does. I would bet on him to finish in the Top 40 right now, let alone the Top 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n 2024 Wells Fargo Championship: DraftKings Darlings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\nTaylor Moore $6700<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\nPretty simple here as he\u2019s made the cut in all 11 tournaments he\u2019s played in this year, and he\u2019s made the cut in both years he\u2019s played here (2023, 2022). Great numbers in T2G, I like him to make the cut this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n Rickie Fowler $6900<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\nFowler has quietly made the cut in six out of seven events, and he\u2019s finished 14th and 21st here the last two years. Less than $7000 is an incredible price for him to make the cut and get us weekend points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n Stephen Jaeger $7500<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\nJaeger is long off the tee, and great around the green, and he\u2019s finished 20th or better in three out of the last four weeks.
